Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and attract new clients in the software services sector, generating leads and building long-term relationships with businesses.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing efforts across social media platforms (SSM) to enhance brand visibility, drive inbound leads, and improve audience engagement.
  • Client Communication & Presentations: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of software services to both technical and non-technical clients, preparing and delivering tailored presentations that address specific customer needs.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with development teams to fully understand the software services offered, translating technical features into clear business benefits for clients, ensuring a smooth collaboration process.
  • Sales Performance & CRM Management: Track and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed targets, manage customer interactions through CRM systems, and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in software services.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing on various social media platforms (SSM).
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and convince both technical and non-technical customers.
    • Self-motivated and eager to work in a flexible startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
