Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a focus on Social Media to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to effectively promote our clients’ brands and engage their target audience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms for various clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives for clients.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, user behavior, and audience insights to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Interact with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, and industry trends to tailor social media strategies accordingly.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms, features, and best practices to ensure clients’ social media presence is relevant and competitive.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing social media content.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image and customer engagement.
  • Implement social media analytics tools to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve clients’ social media presence, brand reputation, and online community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for various clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and content best practices.
  • Proven track record of driving social media growth, engagement, and lead generation for clients.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative flair with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience in handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating and managing social media influencer campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
